18" RARE Custom OOAK My Twinn "Emma" with new silicone eyes

Beautiful Custom My Twinn 18" Emma, Comes
Dressed as shown in a gorgeous new seamstress dress with American girl panties that have a few picks, the shoes are new but an off brand . Her head has new eyes that are "jelly" like that I assume is silicone and will not turn funky colors with age and artist brows . She does have "real" top lashes but no bottom lashes. She has a real My Twinn body, Her wig is a beautiful new off brand wig that is glued on but there are some places that the glue from her old wig shows. She does have some spots here and they on her limbs from play. She is clean and comes from a smoke free, pet free, germ free home.
