Graduates of 46 college ROTC programs sailed from Newport on March 28, 1946, and arrived in Philadelphia on June 28, visiting New London, Bermuda, Casco Bay, Charleston SC, New York, Halifax & Quebec. Photos of the ships and activities on shore plus rosters of all the officers.
