    Studio 1 Productions, Inc. is a USA seller and the LANC extension cable will ship from Florida via Priority Mail with a Tracking number.

    This is a brand new, premium LANC extension cable for Sony and Canon video cameras that have a 2.5mm LANC jack  OR  for Sony video cameras with a LANC adapter cable that has a 2.5mm jack.
    Our LANC extension cable will work will ALL LANC controllers that have a 2.5 mm plug on the end.
    The 25 ft. LANC extension cable is perfect for End-Zone cameras or for when ever you need to make a longer cable run between your video camera and the LANC controller.
    The LANC cables we offer are fully shielded data cables
    .  The cables are heavy duty so you can use them in all types of environments.
    Multiple LANC extension cables CAN be connected together, if you need to make longer runs.  We have connected 3 of these cables together for a total of 300 ft and they worked perfectly at that length.
    Once the package arrives in Kentucky, the transaction is done on our part and we are no longer responsible for the package and do not have tracking for the international portion of the trip, eBay will supply that to you.  To figure out where your item is you will need to log into your eBay account and check or contact eBay directly.

    ship through eBay's Global Shipping program for International orders.  This requires us to ship to the Global Shipping center in Kentucky, USA.  Once the package arrives there they are responsible for the rest of your package's journey, including all customs forms.

    Returns/Exchanges:
    All returns and/or exchanges must be made

    Please contact us through eBay for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any package returned to us without an RMA number will be refused.  The RMA number is to be placed next to the shipping label.
    Studio 1 Productions, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs, lost or damage returning packages. We are not able accept C.O.D.'s for returned items. Please insure all returns. We suggest using the Post Office, UPS or Fed-Ex.
    Refunds are for the product price only.  We do not refund shipping charges, as the post office will not refund them to us.
    Any product being returned for credit or exchange must be in brand new condition, just like it was when you received it, with all parts, manuals, original boxes, etc. all in brand in condition, otherwise we will not be able to issue a credit or exchange the item.
