This jam is fantastic on biscuits, or on scrambled eggs in the morning for a hearty breakfast. this smoky, tangy bacon jam/relish adds a special flavor to meatloaf, burgers, hot dogs, or just mix with a can of beans and turn them into a gourmet baked bean dish.
