Some of our items come from store closeouts, and as such, boxes may display cosmetic issues like dust, or scuffs from storage and transport.  They may also display unique UPC's or stickers.  These shoes themselves are new and unused.
Returns on shoes ACCEPTED,
but buyer is responsible for the return shipping, and the item must be returned in the same condition, with all the original packaging.

Please keep in mind, in order to keep costs low, we tend to ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Also, in keeping with our reuse/repurpose philosophy, we ship using as much recycled material as possible, including boxes and packing material.
Every item we ship will be packed and boxed carefully, using bubble wrap, plastic wrap, packing paper, or a combination of all three. Be assured that your item will arrive safely.
