Canon P-8 Cinestar S 8MM Film Projector. Powers on and everything seems to work. I think it needs a bulb as I think it went out after I ran it. I am selling for parts as I do not warranty and will not accept returns. I just don’t do that on electronics because I have been taken advantage of. It does come on and when you turn the dial to start it the drive axle seems to work perfectly.
Until this model was launched, Canon’s projectors were exclusively made for the Regular 8 format. The new P-8 CINESTAR S, however, was designed to be compatible with the new Super8/Single 8 system. Switching between Regular 8 and Super 8/Single 8 was made possible by replacing the aperture unit.
