Welcome to the Sweetwater Farms Jams & Jellies listing! Here you can grab a 4 ounce jar of our delicious homemade jams and jellies. We produce these ourselves on our family farm in Chapmansboro, TN using mainly our own homegrown produce. Only a few varieties are made with things we don't grow on the farm (like strawberries, oranges, peaches and pineapples). For those we use the highest quality ingredients we can find, usually from a local producer in our area or straight from the source. We offer several different varieties. Read about each of them below and then make your choice!
Shipping price is included in the price of the jar just to make things easier, that's why the price appears a bit higher per jar. Shipping cost is higher than we would like it to be due to the weight and fragile nature of the jars, but it is our only way to be able to offer our canned products online to customers all across the country. We offer a combined shipping discount of 2% on orders of two jars, and 10% off orders of three or more jars. The discount should be applied automatically when the jars are added to your shopping cart. We ship using USPS to the continental U.S. only. Single jar orders ship USPS First Class. Multiple jar orders ship using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping to HI, AK and PR is available for an additional charge. Please contact us before purchasing if you are in those areas. No international shipping! We ship within 2-3 days of payment being received. Payment through eBay methods only.
A Best By Date is specified for each batch of each variety below. Most will last longer if stored properly. Violet Jelly will lose its beautiful purple color after the Best By Date, but maintains flavor for six months beyond. Peach and Peach-Jalapeno are best when consumed by the Best By Date. Once opened, refrigerate and eat within one month for best flavor. We highly doubt eating it within that time frame will be an issue! Full ingredients are also listed in each description, arranged alphabetically by type. The pictures above are of our actual jars of jam and jelly. Please be aware that jam and jelly consistency and thickness can vary among the varieties. Some will be on the thicker side, while others will be a bit thinner depending on the ingredients. Honeysuckle Jelly and Peach-Jalapeno Jam tend to be a little thinner than the other varieties. Strawberry Jam, Ghost Pepper Jelly and Carolina Reaper Pepper Jelly tend to be on the thicker side. Note the jar size is 4 ounces. Make sure you know how much four ounces is before you order.  We do have 8 ounce options for some of the flavors. We do not accept returns unless you received the wrong order or a damaged item. If either occurs, please contact us promptly so we can fix the issue. Check our feedback for assurance. Sorry, we cannot accept a return on an opened food item just because you didn't like the flavor. Thanks for understanding!

Apple Pie Jam
This tasty dessert jam goes great on top of ice cream and inside pastries. This jam really tastes like apple pie! Our apple trees are finally old enough to produce some good apples, but unfortunately the squirrels beat us to them this year. So, we got the next best thing: premium apples grown locally at Shade Tree Farm & Orchard just up the street in Adams, TN. We used a blend of different apple types to give this jam full apple flavor, complete with small apple chunks within the jam.
Ingredients: Fresh Fuji Apples, Gala Apples, Granny Smith Apples, Yellow Delicious Apples, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Butter, Fruit Pectin.

Carolina Reaper Pepper Jelly
This one is for the hottest of the hotheads out there! This takes our popular Ghost Pepper Jelly up a notch with the current hottest pepper in the world. We really tried to reduce the heat of this to keep it edible and it brought out the taste of the Carolina Reaper that is often hidden amongst the flames. We mix in the sweetest peppers we grow here on the farm to compliment the flavor of the Reaper. All peppers used in this jelly were grown right here on Sweetwater Farms. Don't fear the reaper, eat him!

Dandelion Jelly
Think dandelions are just weeds? Think again! Dandelions are quite tasty and packed with nutrition. Dandelions contain high amounts of potassium and have been used to treat arthritis, eczema and digestive disorders. The flowers have a slight sweetness to them and provide the jelly with a beautiful golden color. The jelly is made from dandelions grown organically on our farm with no chemicals used on them at any time. While most people spray and kill their dandelions, we harvest ours! Try some today and we think you will be pleasantly surprised how good dandelions can be. Don't wait around as this jelly sells out every year!

Dragon's Toe Pepper Jam
Dragon's Toe Jam is as fun to eat as it is to say! This jam is almost as much of a relish as it is a jam. It brings a sweet & spicy mix in a jam consistency. Made entirely from peppers grown right here on our farm, we use the mildly spicy Dragon's Toe peppers for a slight kick that meets head-on with the sweet punch of ripe Escamillo and Lunchbox peppers. Goes great on meats, but works well on breads too. We like it on quesadillas!

Ghost Pepper Jelly
This one is for those that like it HOT! We heard your requests for an option hotter than Pineapple-Mango Habanero. This jelly is made entirely from peppers grown right here on Sweetwater Farms. We start with the infamous classic Red Ghost and add the slightly sweeter, and slightly less hot, Peach Ghost. These two in combo really highlight the flavor of the Ghost pepper when cooked. We then mix in the sweetest Escamillo and Carmen fryer peppers, and Golden California Wonder Bell peppers. This jelly is flavorful, but don't let that fool you. It is plenty hot! It'll bring a solid burn, but not so much that it is overwhelming for those that like really spicy foods. If you don't like to sweat a little when you eat, this jelly is not for you. Ghost Pepper Jelly goes great with crackers or on meats.

Honeysuckle Jelly
Our sweetest jelly to date, this variety packs all kinds of honey flavor! It's super smooth with a beautiful golden-yellow color. We make it similar to Violet Jelly, using Honeysuckle blossom infused water. We use as many of the fresh white blossoms as possible as they are the sweeter than blossoms that have aged and turned yellow. This plant was definitely named correctly as it really does taste like honey! If you have always loved the smell of honeysuckles, you will surely love this jelly!

Mint Jelly
Our newest addition! Made with real, organic mint leaves grown right here on Sweetwater Farms! The mint was hand-picked and immediately used to make this jelly. The flavor is strong spearmint, perfect for those that absolutely love anything mint! The jelly features a beautiful green color and smooth consistency.
Ingredients: Mint Infused Water, Sugar, Butter, Fruit Pectin, 2 drops of Food Coloring.

Orange Jam
After a year off, this citrus jam is back! Even though it sold out in 2018, we mainly brought it back for ourselves! Made with fresh oranges, this jam will quickly become a hit for any citrus lover.

Peach Jam
Possibly our best-tasting jam made from the best Georgia peaches we could get our hands on! This one is made with simple ingredients and the taste is hard to beat! Great for any peach lover.
Ingredients: Peaches, Sugar, Water, Low-Sugar Fruit Pectin, Lemon Juice.

Peach-Jalapeno Jam
A tasty jam for those that like the sweet-spicy combo! The flavor of this mix features nearly equal parts sweet Georgia peaches and spicy jalapeno peppers grown right here on our farm. The spice is noticeable, yet not overwhelming. Perfect for those that love the flavor of jalapenos. We recommend not storing this jam beyond 6 months as the peaches lose flavor quickly beyond this point. The consistency of this one tends to be a bit thinner as we used a blend of peach pulp and juice in our jam, whereas most other jam makers use juice only and cook down to more of a jelly consistency.
Ingredients: Peaches, Jalapeno Peppers, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Ginger, Fruit Pectin, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Zest.

Pineapple-Mango Habanero Jam
A citrus jam with a dash of heat. The Pineapple and Mango flavors fit perfectly with the citrus flavor of the Habanero that is brought out during cooking. This jam is perfect for those that like a combo of sweet and spice, but don't want too much spice. The heat is noticeable, but not overwhelming. The sweet fruit flavor is stout! We have many customers who don't eat spicy food that love this jam. Made from our own premium Habaneros grown right here on the farm!

Raspberry-Habanero Pepper Jelly
This sweet-spicy combo is one we have been working on for quite a while. We have been building up our raspberry patch for several years so we could produce enough berries to make this jelly. The succulent raspberries are combined with our sweetest green bell and red Carmen peppers, before we throw in the spice of our premium Habanero peppers. With its exceptional taste and clean ingredients, this one is sure to be a hit!

Our traditional strawberry jam processed by us using locally grown strawberries from Slate Farms in Clarksville, TN. This jam can store well beyond one year from the canning date.

Violet Jelly
Maybe our most popular offering, this beautiful and tasty purple jelly is made from violet flowers. Violet petal-infused water gives the jelly its bright color and a slightly sweet taste. The violets were grown organically on our farm with no chemicals used on them at any time. Violets pack many health benefits including reducing cold symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fever. Violets are also known to reduce inflammation, decrease acne, clear urinary tract infections, reduce headaches and help ulcers heal.
