    Sweet Apple Peel Jelly is an old school preserve made from all-natural local apples. Nothing was wasted on a farm back in the day, so the apple peels and cores were saved and could be used to make delicious jelly. And after I made the jelly, what was left of the apple peels were fed to my pigs, so there was no waste at all.
    This is so good on a bagel with cream cheese! It's addictive! It tastes a lot like jellied apple juice.
    Ingredients: Juice made from the Peels & Cores of Apples, Sugar, Pectin
    Note: I only have pint jars left. (A half-pint jar is what is shown in the pic.)
