John Hood Mercury Medicine Bottle Boston Pottery Stoneware. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This is a 3 1/4 inch tall and 6 inch round John hood company mercury jug. I believe this may have been made by the red wing stoneware company of Minnesota. The John hood company was a dental supply company out of Boston at the turn of the 19th century. Mercury was used in dental practices back then. This jug is excellent condition with no chips cracks or staining. It is in pretty much mint condition.
