U.S. Navy Imperium Neptuni Regis Certificate.
Made of cloth.
Given to Sailor on the U.S.S. Norton Sound AV-11 on March 29 1949
for crossing the equator.
The Norton Sound was a Seaplane tender and one of the first with shipborne guided missiles.
Certificate award is in very nice condition and is made of a cloth like material there is a silver foil around the edges that is missing in some spots.Please see all photos.
