The book is in POOR condition!!  The book has moderate wear and creasing from use especially on the front cover.   The book is missing the back cover and last couple of pages.  There's a blue ink stain at the bottom of several pages. There are no locations of writing and/or highlighting of the text that I could find from a cursory review.  The pages have browning due to age. It still has some life left in it!!
