VINTAGE 1949 POCKET MAGAZINE CARBINE, 30 ROUND J.Q.M.D.  This magazine pouch appears to have been used extensively & has lots of wear.  The snap is torn (see picture) & it has definitely been wet. There is also a hand written number 98 on one side.

Treasury' Dept.'s 1943 mandated catalog system number for procurement, which is a study itself (74-P-142-705)."
