Description

1950s U.S. Marines wool dress uniform in nice vintage condition - a hole on the front of the pants (see photos) but uniform is free of stains, and jacket is free of holes.  Uniform belonged to Jesse V. C. Aasved, who served from 1952 - 1956 as an aviation mechanic.  Jacket is tagged 36R but runs a bit big.  Lying flat, jacket measures as follows: Top to bottom - 33; Armpit to armpit - 19.5; Shoulders - 18; Sleeves - 25.5.  The pants measure as follows: Waist - 31; Inseam - 31; Outseam - 42; Leg Opening - 9.5.
