written on the back (as best I can make out) - "A.F. Collins SC 1/C USN.  Ships crews of U.S.S. Epping Forest WSD 4 taken at Long Beach, California 17 February 1946.  I'm the eight man from [] the righthand side of the picture, second row of enlisted men"
Condition:  Pre-owned.  There are a few tears along the edges.  The corners have been rounded/cut to shape.  There is writing on the back about the prior owner.  See pictures.
